CSV import includes quote marks

I imported a mailing list to Arigato Lite from a CSV file. In the file, both the email address and subscriber names are enclosed in double quotes. The email addresses imported correctly (stripping the quote marks) but names include the quote marks in the mailing list. How do I prevent the quote marks from showing in the mailing list?
