csv import

Hello,

Great plugin! We are rebuilding an online shop with a global customer base and therefore a complex shipping cost table. The one thing in this plugin that attracts us the most is that you said it can import csv.

I saw in the demo that the way you layout datas is a little different from the way we are used to in the existing shop, which runs on a different platform than Woocommerce.

It would help us tremendously if you have a csv table with defined columns and rows for data types. This way we can restructured our table to be exported to csv for importing into this plugin.
