Csv file upload NOT WORKING all support says is read the docs- works for them

    I am not stupid and I have 22 years experience. I bought the product 2 years ago and can.not get variable increments to load. I have tried many many different variations of csv file and now all I get is “invalid file type”. If I down load the sample file an not open it the file will upload. If I open in excel and re-save I receive Invalid file type. Same happens in Google. This has been over 1 week and all the company says is that it works on there test system. This doesn’t help me. I even offered to pay for support but no results or reply. Can someone help? Or recommend a better product with better support?

    This again is not a free plugin query.

    Customer contacted our team through email and we conducted an online meeting with the customer and found one issue on his hosting server where there was a restriction on the server to not use html content. After allowing this, this issue was resolved.

    @harmer , you can reply to the email chain if you have any comment.
