    Hi,
I bought the plugin but the CSV import does not work. Options I tried:
    1. Google spreadsheets – I added keywords through a comma and saved the file.
    2. I opened the file in the Open Office.
    3. I also tried to separate the keywords with a semicolon.
Everyone has the same message “Nothing to import or no data for import found.” – https://prntscr.com/11v039e
I did not find a clear example of how to fill it. What are the solutions?
    Thanks!

    Hi @plerdy

please write for specific Pro support directly to our support mail. It is only possible to provide support for the Basic version here in the forum. As a Pro user, you will always be treated preferentially in the direct support and so we can help you even better in your specific case.

Nevertheless, the problem you describe is a feature that does not address our Pro version. That’s why I’m happy to address it directly here:

One reason can be that there are no keywords that can be imported. For example, because they already exist and are already configured.

The most common reason, however, is an incorrect CSV format. It is important that the import file has the same format as the CSV file from our export.

The best way to check is to directly export a complete dump using our import/export tools and start editing from there.

Some tools, such as MS Excel, change the CSV format when saving directly, which means that the import can no longer be processed correctly. Please open your file in a conventional text editor and check first whether it has the same structure as the file from our export.

If necessary, you have to adjust the export settings of your spreadsheet program accordingly.

If it still does not work despite the check, please send me the file that causes the problems with the import. Then I will be pleased to look at it for you.`

    Hi,
Google spreadsheets and Open Office do not work because OR cuts a semicolon OR adds extra commas. Works when edited in Notepad++. But it is inconvenient when a large amount of data https://prntscr.com/11wvsfu
