CSV File Information Structure

Hello!

I have a problem with the way that the information is structured in my CSV file after I export it.
Everything goes in just 2 cells (one for the tags and one for the info provided).
I need this information so my client can download a CSV file and easily read it. There will be a lot of saved files, so exporting/importing them to get a better structure is not a solution.
Is there a way for the default downloaded CSV file to have the information structured as TAG – INFORMATION on separated cells/rows?
