    Dear Support,

    I am getting acquainted with your plugin, and so far, I really like it. We will likely subscribe to several plugins in the near future. However, I have some questions that I haven’t found answers to yet. I would like to ask for your assistance with these.

    Currently, we are selling tickets for our events using WooCommerce, and it is very important for us to be able to extract a CSV file of the orders for a specific event in some form. Using the demo site, I see that it lists the attendees for each event where sales have occurred. However, now if a person buys multiple tickets, their name and order appear multiple times in the list. This is quite confusing. We don’t need QR code entry. Is there a way to display an order only once? Both in the admin and in the exported CSV?

    For example, what is listed under the Orders tab (next to Attendees) would be perfect for us, but unfortunately, this cannot be exported to CSV.

    My other question is whether it is possible to sort the names in alphabetical order in these lists?

    The following knowledgebase article may help provide insight as to the relationship between orders and attendees: Managing Orders and Attendees.

    Limiting the number of tickets (or RSVPs) a user can purchase might also be an alternative for you, see How to Limit to One RSVP.

    For your sorting inquiry, I’m afraid we don’t have this functionality at the moment but sorting the attendee list through the CSV export is an option.
