    Hi Chris,

Wait are you using the premium version? That will allow collection of data on extra fields. However if not then WP Email Capture doesn’t allow said collection.

FYI Marking this as resolved. This was a bug in the premium version which has now been fixed.

Hi Rhys, sorry for the late response, was out of town. I checked my version and it looks to be up to date. I did another CSV output and still don’t see the other fields in the file. Only email and name. I have Version 3.1.2 of Premium and the standard version is also up to date and loaded. Thanks, Chris

    Hi Chris,

I’m assuming you are a premium customer, correct?

You should log in here – https://www.wpemailcapture.com/support/ – with your premium details and there is a thread from a few days ago (in the General Assistance) that includes the fix – (3.1.3).

This fix isn’t currently live – it will be live after this weekend, but if you want an early version please download it from there.

Sorry for not directly answering you here, but I don’t want to share the premium version on a public forum ??

Thanks Rhys! Turns out I’m expired on Premium support. Will just hang in there till 3.1.3 is released and update. No big rush.

Hi Rhys, could I get an update when this may be posted? I’ve checked our premium account and it’s still showing 3.1.2 as well as the plugins folder of our wordpress build. Thanks, Chris
