CSV export not working with regional characters

    Hi.

    I’m using CF7 for allowing users send files to me. It works as far as I’m in WP administration. But when I try to export submissions to .csv it’s not working with forms containing regional characters (?,?,ě,…)
    My site is for Czech users, so many of them have this characters in their names.
    Is there any way how to make it works even with this characters?

    Here is what I see in administration:
