CSV Export Errors

    Hi,

    I found an error by data exporting, when i exported the result as csv but some data show in wrong place(see the screeshort), e.g. under column ID shows some comments and under column user sometime there are the time infos from column ”created at’.

    Maybe can you fix it, many thanks.

    Probably it is a CSV formatting issue. Can you please provide us with the raw CSV file that you exported? If you don’t want to share the data here, feel free to send it via the live chat on totalsuite.net

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply, due to the data protection, unfortunately i cannot share the csv file to you. But i have also tried with json yesterday, it works perfectly . FYI before the new update the csv export also works without errors.

    BTW I still hope there will be a duplicating function for every rating widges, if that is possbile.
