CSV Export: Bug with order of fields

    Hi, I have found the following bug with the CSV export:

    I have a form that has several required fields and several optional fields.
    I have made 2 test submissions. The first one had all the required fields filled and 2 of the optional fields. The second one has all the fields filled (both required and optional).

    I am attaching a screenshot that shows the export:
    – the green cells are the required fields and their order in the export is correct
    – the blue / yellow cells are displayed in the wrong order (export title cells vs export submission 1 and 2 cells)
    – the red fields are only submitted by the second user and are missing in the export TITLE cells.
