CSV Export and more

  • Hello, I’m using the latest PDB version. I recently added new fields to my table. The new fields will not allow me to use any checkbox and the checkboxes for the pre-existing fields have stopped working also. I can check them but after saving, they are all unchecked.
    Because I can’t check the “CSV” checkbox for the new fields, they will not export.
    The file that does export will not fully upload into my test website which is up to date and very clean. The only fields that upload are the Private ID and the Date Recorded fields, for all records.
    Also, the Persistent doesn’t work and entries into the Help Text and Values boxes will not stay after saving. I can’t assign any field to a “Group.”
    I’ve deactivated all plugins except for Gravity Forms but nothing helped.
    I do not have access to the Server – only to the website content, php’s, etc.
    I am afraid to delete PDB and then reload it because the CSV will not upload properly even though PDB generated it.
    Any thoughts?

    Thank you but I’m using the latest version of the plugin and the latest WordPress. I removed the PDB plugin and reinstalled in on my Test website (twentyeleven theme) which is kept very “clean” (no other plugins).
    There, I was then able to upload my CSV and I can make the checkboxes work.
    BUT – when I add new fields, the checkboxes will not work for the new fields(only).
    I have about 85 fields, but only 48 are active – the rest were deleted.
    I have exactly the same problem on my production web site (Green Earth theme, latest PDB and latest WP versions).
    I’m at my wit’s end regarding this – any ideas as to what could be wrong?
