• After updating WooCommerce Customer/Order CSV Export 3.11 -> 4.0.2 exporting doesn’t work anymore

    Error:

    Export Failed
    Could not open the export file /app/web/app/uploads/csv_exports/57f4c7ebce0838.87222077-orders-2016_10_05_15_29_15.csv for writing.

    There shouldn’t be anything wrong with settings on our server. Paths are set and settings should be right.

    Any clues what might be wrong?

    There might be a permissions problem with your /uploads/ folder. I would reset the permissions to make sure it is writeable as well as children directories.

    If you still have problems and have a license for the plugin, create a ticket at WooCommerce.com for help with this.

    Ugh, I hate when threads dead-end like this… @renamer, did you resolve this?

    I have the same problem, yet permissions on the server are absolutely correct. I can su to the web server user and touch and rm the file (using the exact path that’s displayed in the error message) without problems, so it doesn’t make sense why this plugin thinks it can’t. There are no messages in the PHP log, either.

    I am having the exact same issue on two entirely different web servers. Seems like a bug in the plugin. I submitted a ticket at woo commerce. It says it could be up to 5 days before someone gets back to me because they are busy. (Probably because there stuff isn’t working like it use to is my guess.) I will let you know what they say or discover (if anything.)

    Thanks!

    I’ve just bought the plugin and installed it and am having exactly the same problem. Have sumbitted a support request. If anyone receives and answer please post it. Thanks!

    I bought and installed the plugin yesterday and am seeing the same issue. Had my host take a look and reset permissions to no avail. Hopefully someone gets a response from WooCommerce soon.

    After the most recent update, we have also gotten a similar error. I have a support ticket open with woocommerce. If we get it figured out, I’ll post the solution here if they don’t.

    This was fixed for us with v4.3.3 of the plugin.

    Yep, the update to v.4.3.3. resolves the issue!

    I’m having this same problem but am on v.4.3.7. Any other resolutions here? I have opened a support ticket with SkyVerge via WooCommerce.com but have not yet heard back, would be great to be able to try other solutions in the meantime.
