CSV Download Missing Checkbox Response

    Hi, i have a simple contact form, with a checkbox.
    When i export the CSV using Contact Form 7 Submissions, the checkbox response is not included. Do i need to add any labels or tags to the checkbox to get this to work?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Heres my ‘Mail’ code. so i thought thats what would pull through on the CSV.

    Title: [your-title]
First name: [your-first-title]
Last name: [your-last-title]
Email: [your-email]
Organisation: [your-organisation]
Position: [your-position]
Telephone: [your-tel]
Message: [your-message]
Mail Opt-In: [mail-accept]

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi digitronixweb

    If you use the following syntax to generate the form field it should save and export successfully. If it was checked it will show 1, else it will be blank.

    Mail Opt-In: [acceptance mail-accept optional]
