    Hi @simyatech,

Our plugin by default exports the CSV file with UTF-8 encoding. It also supports importing CSV files that are UTF-8 encoded. Please tell us whether you are facing issues with the export or import.

Hi, i’m testing your extension and i have also a UTF-8 problemn.
When i open my .csv uploaded with excel Microsoft, it’s not a utf-8 format (Ex:> D??finissez ce…). I’m french and it’s important to use utf-8…
You answer your extension do! So i don’t understand why…
    Thanks.

    Hi @laurrrent,

Our plugin exports CSV files with UTF-8 encoding so there will be no issues with exporting the french characters. The issue you are facing might be because the spreadsheet application you are using is not able to handle UTF-8 encoded files properly. Please try using spreadsheet applications like LibreOffice to view the file which has proven to be better in handling UTF-8 encoded files.

    Hi, thanks for your answer.
I have one more problem when i export my products (For easy test, I have only one product).
When i open my csv file exported, in the first column (post_title), i have my only one product, but It displays also some contents from post_excerpt and post_content in the first column, in diffrents rows…
For exemple, the content of post_excerpt is display in few rows (first column).

I’m looking for but can’t find solution..
    Thanks.

    Hi @laurrrent,

Can you please share your exported file via support so that we can check it.

    Hi, thanks.
I share the export on Drive : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S4wCWnDnrDbfvmV06whxv36OBGVXdAzo/view?usp=sharing

Anything is ok, only description, short description and notice order shows some bugs… As html (” or , or < or >)make this bug ??
I use oceanWP template and some “normal and famous” plugins.

When i will fix it, i explain to my costumer to buy the pro version.

    Thanks.
