csstidy error on line 886

My site was moved to a new server (same host), with a newer version of PHP (from 7.0 to 7.3). Now I am receiving an error in /public_html/wp/error_log:
PHP Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”? in /home2/garagesc/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/psn-pagespeed-ninja/ress/vendor/csstidy/class.csstidy.php on line 886

The error was not logged before the site move and PHP version change.

I don’t have error logging turned on in pagespeedninja.

Would you please look into this error and let me know if there is something I need to change on my end? or if the plugin is in need of a tweak?
