CSS/JS not loaded properly

Hi,

I just implemented this social comments plugin, but it’s not working properly and i have no clue why it’s not working. The css is partially loaded and the js not at all i guess. I’ve added custom link and script tag in the header and footer of the template but that doesn’t seem to work either.
