CSS Zen Garden like theme changer auto theme changer.

    I spent a lot of time on looking for plugins like that and I can’t find them. I’d like to ask you, before I start writing it on my own:

    Do you know if there is a plugin which allows every user to pick his own CSS? Even if he’s not signed in? Something like Zen Garden.

    Also I’d like to know if there is a plugin which automatically changes a Theme after a specific time?
