CSS Z-index

Hi,
i installed the plugin and it works great. But i have one CSS issue. the navbar z-index is 99999 so the news bar is behind the menu…. :/
Can you give me a hint, how to set the z-index to the breaking news?
Sorry for my low knowledge of css…. :/
