CSS when using shortcode

  • I have added the [rpwe] short code to my front page in WordPress.
    [rpwe thumb=”true” readmore=”true” excerpt=”true” length=”10″]

    It does show the latest news but I need to adjust the CSS as for instance the fonts are smaller than the rest of the site. I’m not using the Ext Latest News Widget so where do I specify the CSS for this?

  • I’m not sure why, but the developer put A LOT on !important CSS calls into this Plugin and it makes it very difficult to override. I hope the next version will remove this limitation. I think for now, all you can do is hack the plug-in’s css code which will get overwritten when you update the module.
