CSS to make Multiple Choice Dropbox looks like Single Choice Dropbox

    For visual purposes, I want to make the Multiple Choice dropbox look exactly like the Single Choice Dropbox. On my site, the “Source Language” is the single choice, while the “Target Language” is the multiple choice. Both dropboxes should look the same. Like, you have to click on the field for the options to appear. The options shouldn’t drop down all from the beginning like that.

    I’ll really appreciate some CSS code for that.

    I hope you’re well today!

    The multi-select field is generated (HTML-wise) in a very different way than a standard “single-select” field and currently it’s not possible to make it look and behave the same way using CSS, I’m afraid.

    We could make the “area” smaller but that would still be the same in terms of options “scrolling” (they wouldn’t be typical “drop-down”).

    The change that you are asking for requires additional changes in HTML markup generation and additional JS to be applied to field. This is something that has already been requested and our developers and designers are aware of it. We are working on implementing such change with one of future releases but I don’t have an ETA at this moment.
