CSS to Change Colour of H3 Headings on blog

You can use this CSS property to set color for H3 tag for your single post:-

.ast-single-post h3{ color:#dd3333;}

Just wondering, are you aware of any CSS that would allow me to bring the H3 subheadings down slightly so that they hover just above the block directly underneath, rather than sitting square in between two blocks? if that makes sense!

I’ve tried playing around with the subheadings in my editor but can’t seem to achieve the same thing. It’s not a big problem to be honest, just something I Was curious about.
