CSS Template does not appear consistently

If you go to my general blog site, the colors are consistent with the CSS program: https://vibranttraditions.wordpress.com/

But if you go to the individual blog post, the background color turns to white: https://vibranttraditions.wordpress.com/2011/08/12/a-western-woman-fasts-for-ramadan/

Also the email that goes out to my subscribers also looses the color formatting and turns to white.

this is new and was not the case before… any idea how to fix it?
