CSS Styling not working on template_container

    Hello, I have been trying to style #template_container particularly the shadow and border radius but it’s not working and I noticed the inline styling on the container all has “!important” so my box-shadow and border-radius styling is not applied. Am doing something wrong? how do I get my styles to apply to it?
