Sorry that you encountered this issue.

If it is that issue only presents when using Visual Composer to build your webpage then this would code conflict with how Visual Composer renders our Optin Cat form layout.

I am currently not seeing any display issues with our forms on your website but please let us know if there’s anything else we may assist you with in future.

Thanks for the response.

Since my last post, a few things have changed:
1. Some non-working pages fixed itself magically, no idea why.
2. Apparently, some pages not created with Visual Composer isn’t working as well. And some that are created with Visual Composer works.

Hopefully it doesn’t fix itself so that you could take a look at what is the issue.

Thanks for this information and sorry that you are still having this issue as we are currently working on a new release of our Optin Cat plugin which should have this CSS issue fixed during the update ?? when it is released soon.
