Css stylesheet code on every page/post

    I love using your plugin. However, the css stylesheet is showing up in my source code on every page and post, even if I’m not using the table of contents. Is that supposed to happen? Here is the code showing:

    **Just found the answer in an older post that this is supposed to happen.
