That’s something you’ll need to contact the theme author about, as we do not support individual themes that use Redux, nor do we have access to them. If the theme author determines Redux causes an issue, they need to be the ones to file a support request with us via our GitHub issue tracker.

    Good luck.

It was working fine until the latest Redux plugin updates so it’s not the theme that hasn’t been updated. When I deactivate Redux then the Elementor design is taken into account. Please kindly help us.

Unless you have a specific error message pertaining to Redux (which you can get from the PHP error logs), I do not have access to the theme, therefore I cannot do any tests. I cannot fix what I cannot break. This is why you have to report this to the theme author. If they can reproduce it, then they can file a report with us, at which time I can request a copy of the theme to test with. These are things you cannot provide. Sorry. Good luck.

Taking a quick look at your sites HTML, all outputting done by Redux IS present. I see no style.css loaded for your theme. That’s not something Redux would prevent loading. Also, your theme is a premium theme and support for those are not permitted in these forums per WordPress guidelines. It also appears you are using an older version of the theme. Updating to the latest version of the theme from their ThemeForest page is highly recommended and may go toward fixing the issue.
