CSS Style Not Displaying

Hi,

This I think is just a CSS issue but as someone who is somewhat new at this I am having real trouble figuring it out. In my HTML right sidebar widget I have a few different text styles that are being displayed properly, but one that is not:

font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
font-size: 17px;
font-style: normal;
color: #ffffff;
}

You can see the site here, it should make the size of the words “Minimalist 2” 17px:

I think the HTML is in order so I can’t figure out why the style is not displaying; the text should be much larger than we see it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
