CSS still included since new version

Hi there,

I had successfully NOT included the output CSS for the mega menu since quite a while, since I was styling all menu items etc. myself. However, since the latest version there is actually CSS being put out by your plugin, even if ‘Don’t output CSS’ is being selected. I had absolutely changed nothing with the settings. Can you fix that :)?
