CSs site crashed after working with a plugin

Hello everyone!
I was about to a backup yesterday morning when suddenly an error was displayed. It was an error about a plugin so decided to deactive the plugin but it nothing happened. instead i got new errors so i decided to remove it completely and then reupload it to fix it. But what i did was that i get more errors so i decided to remove them all. Then the css of site was completely messed up.The problem is that i do not have a backup but i have not touch anything on the code or on the database and i have tried increase memory, changing theme′s name and i do not know what else to do. Does anybody have an idea how to make site back? i would really appreciate it!

thank you for your response.Actually i have been checking the site further and now i realize that images are not displayed as well ; if i click them it will show me a 403 error(forbidden). Also same happens with the css. if i use the developers tools and try to check the css it shows me 403.
