css selectors not migrated properly

Hi Guys,
I contacted you last week for some help setting up your migrator tool and I was able to get it working. It works fantastic, I have used it on 3 occasions and I love it. However, all of a sudden on my last migration process I had the following trouble:
1. I hit export and the dump was downloaded but not zipped. When I zipped it myself, the file was not accepted by the import. So, I tried the export again and this time the dump exported as a zip and all seemed to go as planned.

2. On import I got a error with instructions to add a DB REAPIR line to my wp-config file. So I did that and tried the import again. Excellent, it worked.

3.Upon checking out the newly migrated site I noticed a few things….Mainly, some random messed up css. My theme includes multiple css files, I use the foundation framework along with my own custom css that in enqued beneath the foundation css in a functions.php file. All of the foundation overrides i incorporated into my custom css are no longer working. Now I have some Foundation styles on a few pages of my site and I can’t fix it. The selectors seemed to be ignored. Any advice as to how I can fix this? My other site has the same set up and I did not run into this problem. HOWEVER my previous migrations were from a local host on one computer to another localhost at a different location. this one is a localhost migration to a commercial host. Not sure it that means anything…

Oh, and the other issue that occurred in that my Text widget in my sidebars located in my footer did not transfer either. The text within the registered sidebars was lost but that was an easy fix, i just redid it. The css issue I am struggling with a fix.
