    Hi Shannon,
    Here are the CSS selectors that you are looking for (You would need to add a custom font control for each one):

    Navigation: #nav li a, #nav li a:link, #nav li a:visited
    Author and Time Stamp: div.dateview
    Sidebar: #sidebar
    Sidebar Headings: #sidebar .headingred
