CSS Problems and Custom Link

    The boxes don’t have a connecting line to them. I tried disabling the theme but it’s still doing it. Not sure if you have an easy fix for it without me trying to debug.

    Also I didn’t understand the Custom Link functionality. I wanted each user to link to a different url. I have User Link = Custom Link but I don’t see where to set it?

    Hello @bb2j3z,

    Page you shared has JS error in console. Please fix that and share again. It might conflicting with Org chart lines.

    Custom link feature is in pro-version only.

    I have the pro version… okay the js error has been removed… may need to do a hard refresh.

    Doing a follow up on this. I’ve purchased the pro version at $50. Need to get some feedback if the styling is fixable or I need to move on.

    Okay, just wanted everyone to know… we were able to connect and fix the issue… there was b tags around the shortcode. Thanks Gangesh!
