CSS padding code not working

a few weeks ago, i asked for help because the content in my pop-up had no padding, one of the support techs told me i just had to insert this code text into custom css styling and it would fix the problem.

#yrmcboxLoadedContent {padding: 20px 20px 20px 20px !important;}

however, this code is no longer generating the padding around my content in the popup box. My plugin is up to date and so is wordpress. Im not sure why this is happening. i havent changed anything besides updating the plugin.
