• Hello, I am in desperate need of some assistance. I have a wootheme theme on my wordpress site. I have been able to customize it to my taste, all but one issue. I would xontact wootheme support, but for days the website has bee inaccessible for some reason.
    My issue is this:
    I am trying to change the sidebar tabs from #9f9f9f to a blue color. The problem is, when I use firebug to get this:
    #sidebar h3 {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #9F9F9F;
    color: #FFFFFF;
    display: inline;
    float: left;
    font-size: 12px;
    margin: 0 0 10px 1px;
    padding: 8px 14px;
    }
    I change the color 9f9f9f to what I want it to be, however nothing happens when I save and refresh. And when I open firebug again to see if there has been an override (Line through the original) there is nothing except what was there to begin with.

    Please will someone help me to fix this, I would be willing to allow someone temp access, I have been struggling for three days and Im extremely frustrated, as it is a seemingly small detail.
    Thanks so much

  • As you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

    I would love to do that, however as I mentioned, that website isnt working. The servers are down and have been for days with no explanation. What am I supposed to do? Try to click on that link you gave me…it doesnt work. Please will you allow someone to help?

    I am sure it is a minor thing that I am missing, and im sure there is someone here in this forum who would be willing to assist. I would be extremely grateful.

    We do not support premium themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to deprive theme vendors of any income that they may derive from support services.

    well thats just great!!!! thank you so much for your help…..(though you wouldn’t be depriving them of anything, their forum is free…..and the danged website isnt even available to ask for support!!!!!)
