    Hi,

I got this weird problem lately where my site https://www.batangastoday.com is not rendering the css file if browsing thru Firefox, Chrome and IE 9. However, browsing thru IE 8 works perfectly fine.

The problem is not limited to my theme. Even the WordPress Dashboard shows unrendered CSS, giving it a white background. And it works perfectly fine on IE 8.

I recently moved from a VPS to a Dedicated Server. The site is OK when it was on the VPS. Do you think, this has something to do with server settings? I already reinstalled WordPress to make sure all files are OK.

    Help please

you said you installed wp to your new server just to make sure you did ftp the theme folder with all your content onto your new server correct.

you can check even the login page, https://www.batangastoday.com/wp-login.php It’s misaligned in Chrome and Firefox, but looks OK on IE 8.

I installed WP using the automatic update on the Dashboard. I did not FTP or anything, it automatically download and reinstalled itself. As for the theme, everything was copied. It actually renders perfectly on IE 8. It’s just weird why it’s totally messed up on Chrome and Firefox. They basically download the same css files, right?

I think, I am having the same problem with this one.

It said that it was resolved already, but I don’t see the solution.

Any help, please? I’m on Apache.

Resolved. CDN provider was the culprit sending wrong http header, Content-Type was being set as text/plain instead of text/html.

I just purged the CDN cache and everything went back to normal.
