CSS not loading in site

I tried to load your site on a desktop, but it’s not working either.
If you installed the theme via FTP, please try to follow this doc: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/23-parse-error-syntax-error-on-upload-theme-plugin
Otherwise, please try to deactivate all your plugins, to check if there is any conflict with one of them.

I have the site https://techyoke.byethost18.com/ which loads fine.
Purchased domain in godaddy with https://www.techyoke.in and modified dns in godaddy to point to techyoke.byethost18.com. Could this be any issue for https://www.techyoke.in not loading properly ?

I get the below error in debugging console due to which css is not loading

The stylesheet https://techyoke.byethost18.com/wp-content/plugins/pirate-forms/css/front.css?ver=4.4 was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/html”, is not “text/css”.
