CSS not load at fresh addon installation

    Hi,

    I try to install fresh WP 2.9.2 for a addon domain at a share server. The installation process was run well except the CSS not load. I try to reinstall many times but the result CSS still not load.
    I guest the problem not in coding but in setting. The problem is I don’t know witch setting is wrong. Could somebody help? Thanks
