    Hi
I don’t think it happened directly after an upgrade, but the CSS for my whole back end is not showing. It’s there on the log in page, but once I’m in the dashboard, it disappears.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could list a structured approach to finding the problem. I’ve looked via ftp and all the css files appear to be there.

Where should I start and how do I isolate where the issue is coming from and hence how to fix it. Thanks.

    Geoff

Re-upload all your files for wp-admin. In fact, go ahead and delete that folder and upload a fresh copy ??

if it still breaks, start turning off plugins.

Thanks. Would those files in the wp-admin folder have to be from the version of WP I’m currently using (3.1.3)?

Never mind. I realized that was a dumb question, and uploaded the folder and that has appeared to fix it. Thank you very much Ipstenu.

Yes ?? Also you should look into upgrading. At the least, to the latest in the 3.1.x line. 3.2.1 would be better for security etc.

Yes I know Ipstenu. I’m waiting on my hosting provider to upgrade. He has me on an old server only running MySQL v 4…
