CSS minify leaves line numbers in

I’m using v 0.9.4 of W3TC. I have manual minification of CSS and JS – I have enabled line break and comment removal, and disabled “combine only.”
Error reporting is disabled.
However, my minified file still has line numbers and is not minified. I have repeatedly deleted the minify cache and played around with the settings a lot but can’t get rid of the line break.
What might be the problem?
