CSS minify is broken in 0.9.5.2

A warning to anyone thinking of updating to 0.9.5.2: CSS minify is completely broken. Enabling it in any combination of options will cause your styles to vanish from the front end.

I was using auto minify. As soon as I disabled it my site was back to normal (all stylesheets worked) so I triaged by enabling manual minify and testing one feature at a time until it broke. The CSS minify tickbox causes site breakage. Everything else seems OK.
