• Hello!
this is the way it should my website https://thedogandcask.com (Avada 3.2.1) & this is how it is after upgrading to new version of avada: https://thedogandcask.com/DOG3/ Avada 3.9.

i updated my avada theme from 3.2.1 to 3.9.4 but when i go to see my footer and some images and icons are not displayed as expected or do not exist.

    Steps performed were:
1-I backed up the style.css from Avada parent theme
2-Erase the old Avada theme folder completely (only the Avada Child theme leave it untouch)
3-Put the new Avada version 3.9.4
4-Refresh the page and CSS is gone (fonts, images, styles, footer, header, menu, etc)
5-Put the style.css backed up in step 1 ( now looks a bit better but fonts & images still are not displayed)
6-I checked the Avada Child Theme and there i found the fonts and the images, so i copy the Avada Child Theme folder under the Avada Parent Theme but nothing changes.

I have checked that in the header.php file in the child theme there is a class missing but when i go to the header in the header.php file in the avada theme is does′t exist.

To me the styles and everything is in the avada child theme but not sure why is not loading the css. Anybody can help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

-Since that is a commercial theme (“avada”), we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.
    https://themeforest.net/
    – Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
