CSS Loading Issue

Hi All!
I am using WordPress v5.7.1 and Autoptimize v2.8.3 on the site and when I visit the front-page on desktop I am seeing the CSS not load right away. It is stripped out. See image: https://ibb.co/h8VpDDq Though it does load after a moment or two.
I am not sure what settings need to be changed. Any help or pointers are helpful!
