CSS Layout problems after update from 1.2-1.5.2

  • Having just successfully upgraded from 1.2 to 1.5.2, my CSS layout has gone a little nuts…

    1) My header has disapeared
    2) My left column has dropped like its hot
    3) The headings in my left colum are suffering from giganticism in Firefox and mega giganticism in Explorer.

    Anyone out there wanna take a look at my template and tell me what needs fixing?
