    Hi,

Still evaluating EventOn as an option for our project. One thing that could be enhanced is the EventOn CSS/JS is loading on every page, regardless if there is EventOn data on the page or not. Other plugins now use the feature of WP 5.8 or later with the Block editor that only load resources if a corresponding block is actually on the page.

Its not just a single blob of css/JS either, lots of framework is loaded, including font-awesome, some jquery modules, etc. 3 CSS files, 8 JS files.

    Thanks!

    Hello,
Please go to EventON > Scripts & Styling > enable Load eventON scripts and styles only on eventON pages.
The best solution is to use a cache plugin that can minify and create one css and one js files with all styles and scripts.

Oh wow, I didn’t even notice all the other Options sub tabs down the left! I’ll be sure to check those all out and see how I can customize things even more.

I would suggest that loading css/js only on pages using eventon might be the default. Although I guess if there was some other issue then a new user would get nothing rendered.

    Thanks!
