Css, js files not being combined, as setting suggests

    According to GTMetrix, internal js and css files are not being combined, although I have that option set. How can this be fixed?

    first of all, all the sources cannot be combined as 1 source. The sources are combined in the header.

    Second, the freemium version of wp fastest cache does not combine the sources which exist in the footer.
