CSS & JavaScript Toolbox issue

I am using the plug in “CSS & JavaScript Toolbox” in a page. The script I am embedding is supposed to open a new window per the specs in the script – exactly the same way as the link in the header (the script in the header is hard coded in the child theme header.php)

The script on the page is obvisouly added in the page content via the CSS & JavaScript Toolbox plug in. It is not opening a new, separate window, but resizing the initial window.

if I add target="_blank" to the a href, it will not resize the new windoiw per the parameters in the script.

Would anyone have any idea why? I don’t have the pro version of the plug in so I am asking here.
