    Hi,

Anytime that I add the [tllb_display_favorites] shortcode to a page, it removes any styling that I have added to other Elementor widgets on that page. This only occurs on the frontend.

    Backend (without shortcode)

    Backend (with shortcode)

    Frontend (without shortcode)

    Frontend (with shortcode)

I have tried disabling all of my plugins except this one, Elementor and Tutor LMS and the issue remains. I have also tried adding shortcodes from different plugins and I don’t have any issues when adding those shortcodes.

Is the CSS settings for this shortcode inadvertently being applied to the entire page rather than just the widget itself, and thereby resetting any styles on that page that have not been applied within just that widget?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi @ucdguy,

Thanks for you message. Could you provide the page URL where this problem happens? The best would be a page without the shortcode and a page with the shortcode, so I can compare.

    Best,
    Geoffrey

    Hi,

That is happening on a website that I have locally and has not gone live yet.

Could you send here a screenshot of the “get membership” button CSS? I actually need details of the inspector Styles tab (within the Elements tab):

Here is the button without the shortcode on the page

and here it is instead with the shortcode on the page

Note also that the shortcode is only stripping away the CSS of any Elementor widgets that are below the shortcode.

For example, I’ve placed the shortcode between the same two Elementor sections in the below image.

Can you send a screenshot of the full Styles tab please (not only the first file dash)?

    Hi @ucdguy

Ok, I’ve found a bug inside the code. I’ve released a new version (1.3.1).
Does this new version fix your issue?

    Best,
    Geoffrey
