• Hi,

Since 2.011 (or maybe even before) I noticed that when editing page elements through my theme’s front-end editor, WordPress admin page links from the back-end appear along the left side of the page. These are active hyperlinks, in very small font size. Otherwise this quirk does not seem to affect the functioning of the theme, the plugin or the pages. When I disable the UM plugin, these links disappear. Any ideas?
    Using version 2.012 of UM
    WordPress v.4.9.5
    Nexus themes: Homeownerassociation
    Google chrome

Please note, I’d love to submit a ticket, but can’t buy a paid version, because you don’t have one. I don’t need any of your paid extensions…sorry.

    Hi @peterhl,

Can you reproduce this issue on the default WordPress theme?
This issue can be caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi,

I did the conflict test with the plugins and it was the Ultimate Member plugin that causes this. Unfortunately I could not do a theme test, because I need a theme with a front-end editor to test with.
Also, my theme worked fine with the UM plugin until just before 2.011. This is not a critical issue, it does not break the site or interfere with the editing, it is just a nuisance and an aesthetics issue.
    Any other ideas?

    Peter
