  • Hi @joyryde!

We were able to replicate the issue and we reported it to our developers. Hopefully it will be solved in the next updates of the theme.

    Have a nice day!

OK, could you please post here when fixed so that we can remove the custom CSS workaround?

@joyryde Sure, we’ll come back to you with a message when a fix is released for this issue.

    Hi, @joyryde,

    I hope all is well.

A fix for the reported issue is included in the latest version of the theme, 3.1.5.

    Best regards,
    Stefan

    Thank you!

But, I just removed the custom css workaround and the theme issue remains in 3.1.5.

I’ve had to put the custom css back in, so here’s a screenshot:

    Hi @joyryde,

It looks aligned now. See here: https://vertis.d.pr/XJYd06
Please do update to the latest version if the issue is the same (v3.1.6).

Kindly back up your site before doing the update.

    (@joyryde)

It only looks aligned because I have a CSS workaround for it, per my above post.

    Like I said prior:

    Hi @joyryde!

Please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) and check again, as this issue doesn’t occur anymore on our test instances with versions 3.1.5 or 3.1.6. You could also check your site from a different browser to see if the issue persists.

    Have a nice day!

Nope. Cleared Cloudflare cache and checked the website in Safari, Chrome, and ios, and every browser shows blank icons. Used a private browser window on all 3 platforms.

    Hi @joyryde!

I checked your site again and it looks like you use the old skin of the theme, that’s why the fix didn’t take effect on your end. It is recommended to migrate to the new skin, as we do not maintain the old style anymore. You can find out more about the new skin and how to migrate from the old one here.

    I hope this helps!

We’ve tried switching to the new one a half dozen times over the last 6 months and it always ruins our website and makes it look horrible. So we always switch back.

    OK, thank you.
