CSS Inspector Missing

I saw there was a thread already but it was marked as solved, did not find a solution that worked for me.
I am trying to make some changes to a page on my site and when using CSS editor the Inspect that should be shown is not.
I have tested in Firefox and Chrome, both up to date and using the latest version of CSS Editor.
My theme is Vantage
I enabled script debug and there was no change for chrome but broke firefox and now my site layout in firefox is broken.

I am getting alot of jQuery errors and 404
